Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using innovatedphoto.com (the "Site") or engaging the services of Innovated Photo LLC ("Innovated Photo," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Our Services

Innovated Photo provides 3D virtual tour capture, photography, videography, 3D rendering, augmented reality, floor plan and point cloud data extraction, and related services for real estate, construction, wholesale showrooms, and other commercial spaces. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a given project are agreed upon separately with each client, typically by quote or proposal.

Scheduling and Access

Capture appointments require reasonable access to the space being scanned at the agreed date and time. Delays caused by lack of access, incomplete space preparation, or rescheduling requests may affect delivery timelines.

Deliverables and Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables (including virtual tours, renderings, photographs, video, floor plans, and point cloud files) are provided for the client's business use related to the captured space. Innovated Photo retains the right to use non-confidential project imagery for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project's quote or proposal. Services may be paused or delayed for accounts with outstanding balances.

Third-Party Platforms

Certain deliverables are hosted or powered by third-party platforms (including Matterport and Treedis). Use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms, and availability of hosted tours depends on those platforms remaining operational.

Limitation of Liability

Innovated Photo provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovated Photo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
